Welcome to Target Math. By downloading, accessing, or using the Target Math application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

1. License & Acceptable Use

TheVsHub grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Target Math for personal, non-commercial educational purposes on a mobile device that you own or control.

  • You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
  • You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, and UI/UX design—including but not limited to algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and mathematical generation logic—are owned by TheVsHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Target Math is a registered product of TheVsHub.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Target Math is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure mathematical accuracy in our procedural generation algorithms, TheVsHub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

Target Math is an educational training tool. We do not guarantee that using the App will result in specific test scores, admission to academic programs, or employment offers.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TheVsHub, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

5. User-Generated Data

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, your progression data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the backup of this device data. TheVsHub is not responsible for any loss of game progression, stats, or achievements due to device failure, uninstallation, or operating system upgrades.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TheVsHub is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
